Deitsch Plastic has 3 main lines that we can produce a wide variety of items for many different industries.
Laminates
On our Laminating lines, we can laminate many different substrates to PVC vinyl or other films. We can emboss the product in a wide variety of animal grains and styles. In addition, we have an in –house print operation that can enhance your product with a print from our library of over 150 prints.
Urethane
With our state of the art casting lines, Deitsch has the ability to cast any number of Polyurethanes on to many substrates (woven textile, non-woven fabric, scrim, leather, etc.) We can go as wide as 78" usable width. Non-Woven
Deitsch's Non-Woven capacity is well known throughout the industry. We have some of the most technically advanced machinery in North America. We can run as wide as 194" wide usable width!
